In 2006, The Rosslyn Motet, was realized in collaboration with his father Thomas J Mitchell after 15 years of research and study of the symbolic carvings within the Rosslyn Chapel. Rosslyn - Music of the Cubes Book/PDF Download. This project attracted widespread media attention and brought his music to a worldwide audience.
His symphonic work of 2003,
Seven Wonders Suite for Orchestra,
is a regular favourite with Classic FM listeners who have voted this work
into the Hall of Fame in 2006, 2009 and now 2010.
